An amazing combination of Bootcamp & yoga!!
You will get a great workout, building strength & fitness… you will get time to rest, recover, stretch & breath giving you the perfect recipe for a class you will leave feeling ready to take on anything!!!
You get the happy high from the endorphins pumping & the happy calm from the relaxing breath work. It's a great combination!
We combine body weight exercises which focus on cardio training & strength training and pair them with yoga poses which will work on balance, strength & flexibilty & as an added bonus we work on our breathing, to help us get the most out of our workout & help to calm & clear the mind leaving us feeling de-stressed & relaxed.
The classes are suitable for any fitness levels & abilities. The whole way through the class I give variations for every exercise we do, so no matter what level you're at you will get a great workout & feel amazing!
